Our Venue
Our track is located at Harrogate Paintball, Flaxby (near Harrogate).Click here for directions
The circuit is situated in woodland and you will be riding around our purpose built track. We have designed our track to be safe and challenging for riders of all abilities. Many of our customers have never ridden a quad bike so our circuit does not include any obstacles or jumps meaning it is not too “extreme” for the novice rider. Our experienced staff will ensure riders both young and old have a great time.
Other Activities
If you are organising a full days event we have a wide range of other activities available so if you would like to try something new, from off road karting, paint balling, clay shooting, archery, cookery school, make over & photo sessions, zorbing and much more then please contact us for further information and availability. Please note minimum party sizes may apply.
What happens during a quad biking session?
You will be greeted at reception by a member of our staff and after signing in and changing into protective coveralls, helmet and gloves you will be directed to our nearby track. Your party will be provided with quad bikes to suit the group’s number and ages. One of our instructors will go through a safety briefing and tuition on the quad bike controls; you then will set off around the track following one of our experienced quad bike instructors. Once you have completed a trial lap we will alternate riders with the other members of your group to ensure that you all receive the trial lap. Adult riders can then ride around the track on their own, junior riders follow an instructor throughout the session. In open or group sessions regular pit stops enable riders to change over.
What do you need to bring?
We will provide protective coveralls, helmet and gloves. We recommend that you wear sturdy footwear. You will not be permitted to ride if you are wearing unsuitable footwear, for example sandals. Our overalls provide good protection but remember that this is an outdoor activity and you may get muddy especially during the winter or times of wet weather, so don’t wear your best clothes unless you are happy to get them dirty. Riders who wish to bring their own helmets or protective wear may do so, we do not make any charge for the Mud!
On Site Facilities
Our site has changing rooms & toilet facilities. Refreshments are available on site at weekends and peak days. Ample free parking is provided. We aim to be a fully inclusive organisation and access for disabled people is provided, but as with any outdoor site some disabled visitors may require assistance. We would ask you to advise us of any requirements that you or a member of your party may have at the time of booking.
